Palm Pilot Redesign
Worked with a team of graduate students to assess the Palm Pilot's user interface and develop design ideas for improving the user experience. Usability methods employed include contextual inquiry, contextual design, cognitive walkthrough, GOMS analysis, heuristic evaluation, and think-aloud protocol.
